As a Bathroom Renovations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring every job is delivered safely, efficiently and to the standard our clients expect.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising bathroom renovation projects from Pre-start through to completion
- Coordinating subcontract trades, schedules and site activities
- Keeping projects moving and identifying potential delays before they become problems
- Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and quality control
- Managing site issues quickly and professionally
- Maintaining outstanding communication and customer service throughout each project
- Building solid working relationships with clients, trades and the Tradepro team
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with project requirements, relevant standards and Tradepro's systems
About you
- Extensive experience in bathroom renovations and residential building works
- Understands the sequencing and coordination of multiple trades
- Leads from the front and takes ownership of their projects
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects
- Communicates confidently and earns the respect of trades and clients alike
- Has a strong eye for detail and refuses to walk past poor workmanship
