The Opportunity

Covering the Outer West and Hills district of Sydney, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with targeted General Practitioners and some Specialists whilst driving awareness and adoption of this recently launched Women's Health product.
With strong customer interest and a clearly defined target audience, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote a recently launched, first-in-class Women's Health therapy to targeted GPs.
- Develop and execute an impactful territory business plan.
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory.
- Identify prescribing opportunities and drive product adoption.
- Deliver compelling clinical and product presentations.
- Maintain a high level of territory coverage and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve launch goals.
- Effectively manage the Bathurst/Orange and surrounding regional territory, approx. every 8 weeks.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

- Proven sales success in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong desire to deliver results.
- OR you might be a rookie with high drive, and some basic sales skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Health Sciences, Biomedical Science or a related discipline.
- The ability to learn, understand and confidently communicate scientific information.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
- A cooperative approach and team-first mindset.
- High levels of energy, resilience and self-motivation.
- Strong planning, organisation and territory management skills
