Lead Sydney’s newest Ironman 4x4 flagship store

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and driven Store Manager to take the lead at the brand-current Ironman 4x4 Wetherill Park flagship location.

With the store currently under construction and opening soon, this is a rare opportunity to join us from the very beginning.

You won’t simply be taking over an established store. You’ll have the opportunity to help build the team, establish the culture, drive the store’s performance and play a major role in making Wetherill Park one of Sydney’s leading 4x4 destinations.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front and is equally comfortable managing people, driving sales and getting involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operation of Ironman 4x4 Wetherill Park.

You’ll work closely with the business owners and lead both the sales and workshop teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong commercial results.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team

- Driving retail, trade and fleet sales performance

- Managing sales targets, KPIs and gross profit

- Ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover

- Overseeing quoting, follow-ups and sales conversion

- Coordinating effectively between the showroom, sales team and workshop

- Managing workflow and ensuring customer commitments are achieved

- Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members

- Maintaining presentation and operational standards throughout the store

- Managing stock, inventory and general store operations

- Building relationships with customers, suppliers, dealerships and local businesses

- Identifying opportunities to grow the Wetherill Park business

- Creating a positive,



accountable and performance-driven team culture

- Leading from the front and being willing to get involved wherever required

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a genuine desire to build a successful business and team.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience managing a retail, automotive, 4x4 or similar business

- Proven people leadership and team management experience

- Strong sales and commercial ability

- Experience working with sales targets, KPIs and gross margins

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- The ability to manage a fast-paced environment and multiple priorities

- A hands-on leadership style

- A high level of accountability and attention to detail

- A genuine interest in the automotive or 4x4 industry

Experience within the 4x4 accessory industry is highly regarded but not essential. Strong automotive retail or dealership experience would also be highly valued.
