? SENIOR BEAUTY THERAPIST – PASSION, INSPIRE, THRIVE ?

Location: Eltham, VIC | Part -Time | $ Attractive + Perks

Are you an experienced beauty therapist ready to be a part of our team?
At Vyve Beauty & Wellness, we’re searching for a passionate, skilled Senior Beauty Therapist who is ready to join our beautiful team, and grow their career in an empowering workplace.

? Why you’ll love Vyve?

- Vibrant, established salon with a loyal and growing clientele in the heart of Eltham.

· Fabulous, experienced and supportive team

· Variety of skin, beauty and body treatments

· Ongoing learning, training and development

· Incentives and financial rewards for effort and results

· Opportunity to contribute

· An owner who genuinely loves and values her team

· The opportunity for your role to grow

? About the Role:

You’ll work closely with our experienced and dynamic team of therapists, share responsibilities, and play a key role. There’s potential for growth as you adapt to our Vyve way and build your own clientele. We’re looking for someone ready to step in with confidence, collaboration, and care.

This hands-on position includes advanced skin treatments, IPL, facials, waxing, tinting, lashes, massage and body treatments, along with providing genuine client rapport and long-term relationships, recommending homecare and achieving results. We’d love to find someone who is passionate about the industry, confident and experienced, but also brings enthusiasm, initiative and fresh ideas.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

- Holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy

- Has extensive hands-on experience especially with skin, IPL and all aspects of beauty. Experience performing advanced skin treatments, or the ability and willingness to learn them

- Excellent attention to detail — especially when it comes to brows and beauty

- Is confident in consultations, homecare recommendations, and achieving results with clients

- Brings a positive, professional, and proactive mindset to the team every day.

- Loves learning, loves her clients and being in a team environment.

- Wants to grow with a business that values YOU.

We’re not looking for someone to come in and manage our experienced team. We’re looking for someone who can become an important part of it.

Someone who naturally takes ownership, sees what needs to be done, loves achieving goals and wants to contribute to the continued success of Vyve.

Initially, this will be a part-time Senior Therapist position, giving both you and us the opportunity to settle into the role and see where your strengths can take you.

For the right person, there is absolutely room to grow with greater responsibility and financial rewards as Dee, the owner steps back from the day-to-day business.

If you’re an experienced therapist who loves what you do but feels ready for something fresh, rewarding and with room to grow, we’d love to meet you.

Come and be part of the next exciting chapter of Vyve Beauty & Wellness.
