About the role

Tumbled Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our sales objectives. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing knowledgeable, professional and friendly support across multiple communication channels. This role is essential to building strong customer relationships and driving business growth through outstanding service delivery.

What you'll be doing

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

- Processing orders, managing customer accounts and updating client information accurately in our systems

- Providing product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and resolving concerns

- Supporting the sales team by managing customer follow-ups and nurturing client relationships

- Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy, seeking appropriate resolutions

- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures

- Meeting performance targets for response times, customer satisfaction and sales support metrics

What we're looking for

- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced sales or administration environment

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele

- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with capability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficiency in using computer systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications





- A customer-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for delivering high-quality service

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Attention to detail and accuracy when processing information and managing records

- Team player mentality with willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team goals

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or business administration are advantageous
