- Kitchen /Cooking/Cafe, experience

Responsibilities:

- Principal duties will include hands-on food preparation and cooking for service delivery

- Ensuring quick, efficient and polite service is delivered at all times.

- Ensuring Food quality and presentation is kept at a high standard according to premium product charter.

- Communicating with customers and team members to ensure service is reaching optimum levels

- Assisting in all areas of the cafe as required

- Ensure that food safety regulations and food handling is of the highest standard in accordance with the standards

Essential Key Selection Criteria

- Experience in food preparation and cooking with customer service experience

- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation

- Availability to work around peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

- A polite, engaging personality.

- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, effective team in a fast-paced environment.
