Far more than a traditional FP&A; position, you will lead enterprise-wide business planning, forecasting, integrated financial modelling and executive performance reporting across multiple business lines. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable financial plans, identify opportunities for value creation and support critical business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the annual budgeting, long-range planning and rolling forecast processes across the organisation.
- Delivering integrated three-way financial models
- Driving enterprise-wide performance reporting, KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.
- Partnering with senior leaders to provide commercial insights, strategic analysis and decision support.
- Supporting business cases, growth initiatives, investment decisions and strategic projects.
- Identifying risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives across the business.
- Leading continuous improvement across planning, reporting and finance systems.
- Building strong relationships across finance and operational leadership teams to drive accountability and performance.
This role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence key strategic decisions across a large and complex organisation.
Profile
We are seeking a commercially astute finance leader with a strong blend of strategic thinking, business partnering capability and technical planning expertise.
You will be naturally curious, highly analytical and comfortable operating across a broad range of business activities. Importantly, you will bring the ability to see the bigger picture, connect multiple moving parts and translate complex information into clear commercial recommendations.
Ideally, you will possess:
- CA / CPA qualification.
- 10+ years' finance experience, with significant exposure to FP&A;,
business planning or strategic finance leadership.
- Experience leading complex budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Strong three-way financial modelling capability.
- Proven ability to partner with executive stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Experience preparing and presenting high-quality reports and insights for senior leadership.
- Advanced commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working in complex, multi-division or large-scale organisations.
Most importantly, you are agile, commercially sharp and able to think beyond the numbers. You understand how different parts of a business interact and can bring an integrated lens to planning, performance and strategy.
Benefits
- High-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership.
- Strategic role that goes beyond traditional FP&A; responsibilities.
- Significant visibility, influence and career development opportunities.
- Attractive remuneration package.
- Hybrid working with work from home options
If you are looking for a role that combines strategic finance, commercial partnering, business planning and organisational influence, this is a rare opportunity to step into a position with genuine enterprise-wide impact.
