We are looking for a passionate, nurturing and experienced Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team as our Full time 0–2 Room Leader/Educational Leader.

As our 0–2 Room Leader, you will lead a caring and responsive setting for our youngest children, supporting secure attachments, individual routines and high-quality learning experiences.

As our Educational Leader, you will work alongside educators to inspire reflective practice, strengthen our educational program and support the ongoing development of our curriculum and pedagogy.

We are looking for someone who:
• Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an approved equivalent qualification
• Has strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
• Has experience leading and mentoring educators
• Understands the importance of responsive relationships and attachment-based practice with babies and toddlers
• Is warm, professional, reliable and genuinely passionate about early childhood education
• Values teamwork, communication and continuous improvement
• Holds all required current checks, training and qualifications for the role

Key Role Responsibilities

- Lead and support the 0–2 years room, creating a warm, nurturing and engaging environment.

- Build secure and respectful relationships with children and families.

- Lead, mentor and support educators in high-quality practice.

- Guide programming, documentation and reflective practice across the service.

- Support implementation of the EYLF,



NQS and our play-based, child-led approach.

- Maintain high standards of active supervision, health, safety and wellbeing.

- Champion our commitment to being a Child Safe service and model safe, qualified practice.

- Work collaboratively with management and educators to support continuous improvement.
