About the role

We are looking for experienced Chefs to join our team at the Elephant British Pub in the heart of Adelaide. As a fulltime/casual Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality, delicious meals for our guests. This is an exciting chance to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to the success of our popular pub in the vibrant Adelaide CBD.

What you'll be doing

- Prepare and cook a range of dishes from our diverse menu, maintaining consistently high standards

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and enhance existing recipes

- Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly by effectively managing your time and tasks

- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment at all times

- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their skills

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

- Passion for creating high-quality, flavoursome dishes

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

- A team player with strong communication and leadership skills





- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
