Peak Value Advisory is a growing accounting and advisory firm working with business owners, investors and SMSFs. Our work spans taxation, business advisory, wealth creation and property-focused strategies.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team and directly with clients, taking ownership of your workflow while developing your expertise across more complex tax and advisory matters.

What you’ll do

- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals.

- Prepare and review BAS, IAS and supporting workpapers.

- Support tax planning and year-end strategies, identifying opportunities and risks for clients.

- Assist with business structuring, CGT, Division 7A and other advisory matters.

- Liaise directly with clients, explain accounting and tax matters clearly, and follow through on queries.

- Manage workflow and deadlines across your client portfolio, communicating priorities and raising issues early.

- Support clients with Xero and cloud accounting.

- Help improve our systems, processes and client experience.

What you’ll bring

You have at least three years’ Australian public practice experience, with strong experience preparing financial statements and tax returns across multiple entity types.

You’ll also bring:

- A sound understanding of Australian taxation and a thoughtful approach to technical research and problem-solving.

- Ownership of your work—from asking the right questions to delivering a complete, well-supported result.

- The ability to recognise when something needs further investigation or senior input.

- Clear, confident communication and a genuine interest in building client relationships.

- Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

- Experience with Xero and cloud-based accounting systems.

- A willingness to share knowledge, contribute ideas and keep developing.

CA or CPA studies commenced or completed are preferred. Australian permanent residency is required for this position.
