We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our growing irrigation retail business. You will provide excellent customer service, assist with stock management, develop product knowledge, and maintain store presentation while working with a dedicated team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, serving customers at the front counter
- Assist with the storage, receiving, dispatching and manual handling of stock
- Develop strong product knowledge
- Work autonomously with a positive attitude and support other staff members as required
- Ensure the presentation of the store is maintained to a high level
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform deliveries and pickups
About you
- Retail or irrigation experience is a must
- Solid communication skills to connect with customers and staff
- Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the role
- Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated and well presented
