The Role

We are looking for a reliable Pick Packer to join our Warehouse team on a casual basis, with the potential to move to permanent part-time for the right person.

You’ll be joining a friendly, well-established and experienced crew who know their stuff, look out for each other and are always happy to welcome someone new and share a game of ping pong.

Predominantly, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, prepared on time and that stock is handled safely and correctly. You’ll also assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Full training will be provided, so candidates with or without previous warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.

The main shift offered is 7am to 3pm on weekdays Rarely, alternative hours may be offered to some employees to meet operational needs.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn and keen to contribute to the team, with the potential to build a longer-term arrangement with us.

Responsibilities

- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.




- Pack customer orders securely and prepare them for dispatch.
- Check picked and packed orders to ensure accuracy.
- Replenish and put away stock in the correct locations.
- Receive, unpack and check incoming goods against paperwork.
- Use RF scanners to locate and record stock accurately.
- Prepare outgoing goods, including palletising and wrapping as required.
- Assist with stocktakes and general warehouse duties.
- Maintain clean, tidy and organised work areas.
- Follow warehouse procedures and safe work practices.
- Work cooperatively with the warehouse team and report any hazards, damaged stock or discrepancies.
