About the role

We are seeking a talented and professional Functions & Bar Attendant to join our friendly team. Flexibility and willingness to help wherever the shift takes you is highly valued. As a Functions & Bar Attendant at Manly Golf Club you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality team, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage service

- Drinks Cart – driving / stocking / cleaning / accurate POS charging

- Function / dining table setting

- Set up, service and pack down function spaces

- Maintain cleanliness of service areas

- Operate POS systems and manage transactions

About you

- Current RSA Certification (mandatory)

- Bar experience necessary

- Barista experience highly desirable

- Experience in à la carte dining service desirable

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays





- Excellent customer service and professional presentation

- Reliable, positive and team-focused attitude

- Previous club or hospitality experience is desirable

- Great communication skills with an eye for detail
