We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to service our Brisbane clients in a remote role. This is a strategic, end-to-end position offering genuine career growth and the opportunity to shape your own desk in a growing market.

Working closely with the Director, you will:

- Grow our presence in the Brisbane construction market
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for permanent technical appointments
- Work with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant for candidate generation, administration, referencing and candidate management
- Focus on strategic client engagement, high-value consultation with candidates, and placement negotiations

Who You Are

You are a commercially minded, consultative recruiter with robust construction networks in Brisbane and a proven track record of permanent technical white-collar placements, including:

- Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Estimators, Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators
- Site Managers, Supervisors and Foremen
- HSEQ and Quality professionals

You Will Bring





- A minimum of 5 years' agency recruitment experience in the Queensland construction market
- Established client relationships in the Brisbane Commercial Construction market (open to Civil, Residential and Subcontractor markets)
- A proven ability to develop business strategically and manage key accounts
- Strong market knowledge and candidate networks
- Stability in your career history and a high-performance track record
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Resilience, autonomy and a strong desire to deliver high-quality outcomes
