The Role

- Manage a portfolio of retail businesses, working with operators to improve sales, profitability, customer experience and operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and managers, earning their trust and influencing positive outcomes.
- Use sales, financial and operational information to identify opportunities, understand performance and develop practical actions.
- Spend significant time in the field, visiting sites and understanding what is happening on the ground.
- Work through operational challenges and competing priorities, finding practical solutions that deliver results.
- Support new site openings, acquisitions, transitions and other growth initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams to implement initiatives that improve business and network performance.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help turn ideas into action.
- Manage your own portfolio and priorities with genuine autonomy, while working within broader organisational strategy.

About You

- A strong track record of delivering results in retail, operations or a similar workplace.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with sales, performance and financial information.
- Strong people leadership and the ability to influence others.
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
- The ability to build strong relationships and credibility with a range of stakeholders.
- Initiative, energy and the desire to take on greater responsibility.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- A genuine interest in developing your career beyond traditional multi-site retail management.
- A current full Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites.
