Every great smile that leaves SparX starts as a scan. Behind each one is someone making sure the right file lands in the right hands at exactly the right time. That someone could be you.

SparX is one of Australia's largest dental labs, and we make everything in house. That means the latest in 3D printing, milling and laser sintering all under one roof, backed by a big team of technicians, designers and production specialists who keep the wheels turning every single day. We're growing, and we're looking for a sharp, switched on person to sit at the heart of our digital workflow.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating intra oral scan files from multiple client sites, retrieving, checking and organising them so nothing slips through the cracks

2. Designing a range of appliances in 3Shape, including trays, splints and models (with the chance to grow into dentures and surgical guides)

3. Working closely with our technicians on scan quality and design, and being the go to person when something needs a second look

4. Helping clients and our admin team troubleshoot scan issues, emails and digital file questions, with a friendly and clear communication style

5. Liaising with our printing department to schedule models and CAD files for production

Keeping jobs moving to deadline across several platforms and communication channels at once

What we're looking for

1. Dental industry experience is preferred, such as dental technician, dental assistant or CAD/CAM work

2. 3Shape design experience is a big plus, but we'll train the right person who learns fast

3. Familiarity with intra oral scanners and digital files

4. A calm head when the day gets busy and the ability to juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball

5. Excellent communication, a sharp eye for detail and a team player attitude.
