A Full-Time Position, involved in the day to day Operational Management of our current Citrus Packing Facility in Alloway. This role involves the management of up to 20 workers during peak season, and includes working closely with senior management on daily operations of the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Management of all casual/full-time staff
- Order fulfilment
- Cool room Stock rotations
- Operate and manage the blemish sorter (COMPAC)
- Packaging orders and other supplies as needed
- Overseeing maintenance staff and developing preventative maintenance schedules
- Arranging transport pickups
- Liaising with farm managers and building weekly production schedules
