To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Significant experience in a Senior HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.

- Demonstrated experience independently managing complex employee and industrial relations matters.

- Experience conducting workplace investigations and supporting evidence-based, procedurally sound outcomes.

- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, modern awards and employment conditions.

- Experience supporting operational, industrial, manufacturing, mining, laboratory, logistics or similarly complex workforces.

- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and coaching capability.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to provide practical and commercially focused advice.

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employment Relations or a related discipline (preferred).

- Plus the ability to travel to regional laboratories.

An important aspect of our HR Advisory roles is building strong relationships with our operational teams and developing a firsthand understanding of our business.
