Our client is a growing multidisciplinary paediatric allied health provider near Carina, supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18 across clinic, school, daycare, home and community settings.
The team brings together Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Dietetics, Behaviour Support and Allied Health Assistance. Therapy is evidence-based, family-centred and neurodiversity-affirming, with clinicians encouraged to make sessions creative, engaging and meaningful to each child’s strengths, interests and goals.

- Salary from $80,000 to $110,000 + super!

About the Role:
This is a paediatric Speech Pathologist role supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18 across a mixed clinic and community-based model.
Your week may include:
- Speech, language and communication assessments and intervention
- Developing individualised therapy plans around each child’s goals and support needs
- Clinic-based therapy from the Cannon Hill practice
- School, daycare, home and community-based appointments
- Working closely with parents, caregivers, educators and other members of each child’s support team
- Clinical documentation,
progress reports and caregiver education
- Collaboration with OTs, Psychologists, Dietitians, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Allied Health Assistants
- Full administration support for scheduling, invoicing, intake paperwork and appointment rescheduling
About You:
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Current Working with Children Check or eligibility to obtain one
- Valid Australian driver’s licence for community-based appointments
- Australian working rights
