The CSA Mine is located 11 kilometres north-west of Cobar, central western New South Wales. At 1.9 kilometres deep, it is one of Australia’s deepest underground mines and is Australia’s highest-grade copper mine.

We are proud to have recently joined Harmony Australasia. Harmony is the largest gold producer by volume in South Africa and is a significant operator of gold tailings retreatment facilities. CSA Mine has recently joined Harmony Australasia, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter. The acquisition underpins Harmony’s strategy to expand its Australasian footprint and establish a solid, diversified copper portfolio, complemented by the Eva Copper Mine Project in Queensland, currently under construction, and set to become the state’s largest open‑pit copper mine upon commissioning. In Papua New Guinea, Harmony owns and operates the Hidden Valley mine and owns 50% of the Tier 1 Wafi-Golpu copper-gold project. These assets are supported by the Harmony Australasia regional corporate office located in Milton, Brisbane.

We are seeking experienced Recruitment Advisors to join our People & Culture team at CSA Mine located in NSW.

Reporting to the HR Manager and working in partnership with the hiring managers, the Recruitment Advisor will develop and execute proactive talent attraction and recruitment campaigns, identify and engage targeted talent pools, and build strong candidate pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.

Roster:

This role is based onsite working an 8:6 day FIFO/DIDO roster. FIFO travel is available from Brisbane or Sydney, and local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Local candidates will be offered a Monday-to-Friday, 5:2, 4:3 day roster.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering timely,



cost-effective recruitment from vacancy identification through to placement and onboarding, in line with policies and compliance requirements.

- Partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to define roles, selection criteria and structured interviews, and identify suitable labour-hire options.

- Supporting fair, consistent candidate assessment and provide a positive, professional candidate experience.

- Building talent networks and pipelines through proactive sourcing, industry relationships and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Oracle Recruitment and SEEK.

- Managing recruitment enquiries, shared mailboxes, records, tracking spreadsheets and reporting accurately and promptly.

- Upholding professionalism, ethical conduct, integrity and confidentiality.

- Improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, time-to-fill, quality of hire and cost effectiveness.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated and able to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment with the following skills and experience:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment within the mining, resources, energy, heavy industry or construction sectors.

- Demonstrated success recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar positions, including technical, operational and maintenance.

- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment reporting tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office applications.





- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, talent mapping, headhunting and networking activities

- Proven ability to develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills across all organisational levels.

- Effective communication, organisation and time management skills.

- High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

- Experience supporting FIFO, regional or remote workforce recruitment (desirable)
