About the role

We are seeking an experienced room attendant to join our small, friendly team at a 4/5 star holiday let apartment complex in the heart of Broadbeach. This is a casual position on a 7-day roster, with hours generally between 9:00am and 3:00pm, depending on bookings and occupancy. The role involves daily interaction with guests and residents.

- Cleaning and maintaining rooms to resort standards
- Daily interaction with guests and residents
- Multi-tasking across various cleaning duties
- Working a versatile roster, including weekends and school holiday periods

About you

- Previous experience in a similar room attendant role
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Familiar with resort cleaning and standards
- Eye for detail, accurate and thorough cleaning skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Reliable and take pride in your work
- Have an ABN or willing to obtain one
