This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine long-term opportunities across a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.

About the Role

- Lead daily construction activities to achieve safety, quality, program and productivity targets.
- Supervise crews, subcontractors and plant resources to maintain project performance.
- Drive a strong safety culture through hazard identification, risk management and compliance.
- Manage site reporting, records and project documentation requirements.
- Support microtunneling and associated civil works while building strong stakeholder relationships.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Foreman on construction projects.
- Background in utilities, civil infrastructure, tunnelling or similar project environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
- Practical knowledge of HS&E; requirements and safe work practices.
- Relevant trade qualification and strong communication skills.
