About the Role

As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day operation of Council's Customer Service function. The position is accountable for service delivery outcomes, customer experience standards, continuous improvement initiatives and the development of a high performing customer focused team.

About You

You will have a relevant degree or diploma with little or no related experience may be acceptable. Lesser formal qualifications may also be considered where supported by relevant customer service skills and experience appropriate to the role.
