This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Foreman to take charge of finishing trade packages on a major $100M+ project.

Your new role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing trade packages from start to finish and play a pivotal role in ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met. Day to day will include:

- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
- Lead daily toolbox talks and maintain a strong site safety culture.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and defect rectification.
- Assist with short-term programming to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all works comply with WHS requirements, company policies, and project standards.

What you'll need to succeed

- Ideally,



you will have relevant trade qualifications.

- Demonstrated experience working as a Foreman / Site Manager on commercial / residnetial projects.

- Strong systems experience using systems such as Procore

- Exceptional communication and time management skills.

- Attention to detail and an excellent work ethic is essential.
