With a large rent roll and an experienced team working together across the portfolio, this is an excellent chance for a Property Manager with at least 12 months’ experience to continue developing their career.

The Role

Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Assisting with open homes and leasing duties
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades




- Assisting with rental increase recommendations
- Assisting with lease renewals
- Managing day-to-day property management tasks
- Working towards team targets and KPIs
- Providing a high level of customer service across the portfolio

The Candidate

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Minimum 12 months’ Property Management experience
- Certificate of Registration
- Reliable car and driver’s licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
- Confidence working within a fast-paced property management environment
