About the role

This full time People and Culture Advisor role at ALAND located in Parramatta, NSW offers an excellent opportunity to join a agile and growing company. As a People and Culture Advisor you will play a key part in supporting the Head of People and Culture and contributing to the success of the business.

Key responsibilities
Providing generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of people-related matters
Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
Administering the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Partnering with the business to identify and address HR-related needs and challenges
Maintaining employee records and HR information systems
Delivering HR-related training and coaching to managers and employees
Providing advice and support on learning and development prospects
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices and programs

About you
6+ years of generalist HR experience




Experience in using Employment Hero (HRIS System) would be advantageous but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with robust stakeholder management abilities
Sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
