MotorOne Autobody Bendigo is seeking a Production Manager to lead our repair workshop of 20+ professionals, ensuring quality repairs and smooth operations. Training and support will be provided for the right candidate with transferable experience.

You'll oversee daily production flow, allocate work, mentor technicians, uphold safety and repair standards, and drive efficiency, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in a rapid-paced workplace.
