About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Junior Administrator / Trainee Project Coordinator to support our Client Services teams with day‑to‑day coordination and commercial administration. This is an entry‑level role ideal for someone who enjoys being organised and working with clients, team members and suppliers.

You’ll play a key role in labour scheduling, purchase orders, client reporting, and invoicing, while gaining hands‑on exposure to company processes.

Key Responsibilities
Raise and manage purchase orders in line with approvals and budgets
Schedule labour (internal staff and subcontractors) and coordinate availability
Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and delivery records
Assist with creating client invoices and supporting billing processes
Prepare and issue client reports and service / progress updates
Coordinate meetings, track actions, and maintain project documentation
Maintain accurate records in SharePoint, Teams, and internal systems

About You




0–2 years’ experience in administration, coordination, or operations support
Comfortable working with purchase orders, invoices, and basic financial data
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word)
Reliable, proactive, and keen to learn

Desirable (but not essential):
Experience scheduling labour or working in a project-based setting
Exposure to invoicing, job costing, or finance/ERP systems
Certificate IV in Business, Administration, or Project Management (or working towards)
