About the Business

LB Concrete Solutions is a thriving developed business undertaking structural concrete packages within the commercial building sector throughout Melbourne.

Since business began in 2015, our workforce has grown significantly. We now employ approximately 70 skilled and dedicated employees who have chosen fields of expertise varying from concrete to steelfixing, formwork, machine operations and everything in-between.

We also have a fantastic team of office-based staff whose diligence and vast knowledge of the construction industry allow us to take on a range of both structural commercial and industrial projects with confidence.

We are looking for self-motivated person(s) with experience in concrete placement, concrete screeding and finishing to join our growing team. LB Concrete Solutions undertake projects in schools, carparks and multi storey apartments.

Requirements & Skills Concrete finisher
Experienced in screeding and finishing




Experienced in use of hand tools and trowel machines
Ability to take direction, be an integral part of team or work unsupervised
Have a willingness to learn additional tasks as required
Take responsibility for allotted tasks, a positive work ethic and have pride in the completed job
Solid understanding of OHS Procedures
Hold a General Safety Awareness Card - Red / White Card
Driver's License and own transport is essential

The work is never the same and varies from day to day. Experience is certainly required but attitude is key, the right candidates must have a pro-active, can-do attitude and above all must be a team player. Versatile schedule of work will be required from time to time to meet deadlines. Projects will be located in Frankston, Dandenong & Toorak.
