We're looking for a polished, organised and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our boutique law firm in Double Bay. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in creating a professional first impression and keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities
Answering and directing incoming calls in a skilled and courteous manner
Greeting clients, ensuring a welcoming front-of-house experience
Opening, closing and maintaining client files in line with firm procedures
Archiving files and maintaining accurate records management systems
Managing safe custody documents and registers with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Maintaining a clean, tidy and professional office at all times
General administrative support including mail,



couriers, stationery and diary coordination
Assisting fee earners and support staff with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

About you
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or administrative role — experience in a legal or professional services environment highly regarded
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents appropriately
A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to manage competing priorities
Well-presented and skilled, with a strong sense of client service
Comfortable with Microsoft Office/365 and LEAP
