The role:

This is a broad scope Admin assistant role.



Reporting to the Administration Manager you will be responsible for many day-to-day activities, including:
Order fulfilment & dispatch
Support sales and warehouse team
Invoicing
Handling customer returns
Managing direct fulfilment orders
Managing EDI for mass market customers
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues

About you:
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliability and a positive attitude.
Experience with SAP, WMS or Gorgias ticketing system is desirable but not essential.
