Love customer service but over late nights, weekends and changing rosters?

Join Tasty Fresh Food Co. in Ferntree Gully for a customer service role that gets you out and about, meeting people and building relationships with regular customers.

You’ll take ownership of your own lunch van route, with ongoing full-time hours, Monday to Friday.

This isn't a delivery driver job – customer service is the biggest part of the role.

Full VIC driver's licence required – no P Plates.

What's in it for you?
$38.60/hr casual or $30.90/hr permanent
Bonuses on top of your hourly rate
Monday–Friday only – no nights or weekends
Start around 6am, typically finish 2–3pm
Your own regular route and customers
Automatic van and full training
Staff discounts and free parking
Opportunities to progress your career

What you'll do

Start at our Ferntree Gully depot, get your van ready and head out on your regular route.

You’ll make frequent stops at local workplaces, serving customers,

processing sales and building relationships with your regulars.

At the end of your run, you'll return to the depot to unload, complete your stock count and cash up.

About you

Reliability is really key. Your customers and team rely on you to be there each day and ready to get your route on the road.

You'll need:
Outstanding customer service and people skills
A reliable work history and solid attendance
Confidence driving throughout the day
Confidence working independently
Good organisation and plenty of energy

You don't need van experience.

If you're reliable, enjoy talking to people and like being out and about, we'd love to hear from you.

People from retail, hospitality, sales, traffic control, childcare, teaching, hairdressing and other customer-focused backgrounds can all suit this role.

We'll teach you the van and the route – you bring the reliability and customer service.
