Are you passionate about wine, outstanding service, and creating memorable experiences? Wineology Brisbane, a vibrant destination for wine lovers, is seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Casual Waiter/Sommelier to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role:
Position: Casual Waiter/Sommelier
Hours: 30+ hours per week (evening and weekend availability required)
Location: Wineology, Brisbane

What You’ll Do:
Provide warm, engaging, and professional table service in a fast-paced yet relaxed setting.
Guide guests through our curated wine list with confidence and expertise.
Offer food and wine pairing recommendations tailored to each guest’s taste.
Assist with wine service including decanting, pouring, and cellar maintenance.
Support general floor operations including taking orders, running food, and resetting tables.





What We’re Looking For:
Previous hospitality experience (sommelier or wine-focused service preferred).
Solid wine knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing it.
RSA certification (QLD) is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and professional presentation.
