Learn practical skills while helping our electrical team build MCCs and control panels.

Crossmuller is looking for a reliable junior Trade Assistant to join our electrical workshop in Somersby. You will work with experienced electricians and learn how MCCs, control panels and conveyor systems are put together. No electrical qualification is required.

What you'll do
Help electricians build MCCs and control panels
Prepare parts, cables, labels and materials
Use hand and power tools
Help assemble conveyor and automation equipment
Move materials and finished products
Keep the workshop clean and organised
Follow instructions and work safely

What we're looking for
Confident using basic tools
Reliable and willing to learn
Valuable attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Workshop, manufacturing or hands-on experience is helpful but not essential
Forklift Licence is helpful but not essential
