We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for a part-time, weekday role managing a small residential rental portfolio, supported by light general administration duties.

This position is ideal for an experienced PM who is looking for better work-life balance, a smaller portfolio, or a return-to-work opportunity without the intensity of a full-time role.

The Role

• End-to-end management of a small residential rental portfolio

• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Preparing leases, notices, and routine correspondence

• Managing arrears, renewals, and routine inspections

• Light reception duties and general office administration

• Supporting the team as required

About You (Essential)

• Proven residential property management experience (essential)





• Robust organisation and time management skills

• Confident handling tenant and landlord communication

• High attention to detail and compliance awareness

• Qualified, reliable, and self-managed

• Comfortable working independently within established systems
