About the role

A part time property manager position based in the Como office, working 19 hours per week. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 50 properties, a current position created through growth in the rent roll. You will be supported by an experienced team and established systems in PropertyMe.

Key responsibilities
Look after the day to day of your portfolio, from leasing and routine inspections to maintenance and arrears
Be the trusted, go-to contact for your owners and tenants
Identify maintenance issues early and protect the long-term value of every property
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and bond inspections with accuracy and care
Deliver the kind of service that shows owners and tenants that we care

About you
Current WA Property Manager experience
Current WA driver licence
Working knowledge of PropertyMe (or similar property management software)
Current WA Property Manager registration
Explicit, calm communicator with a solutions-first approach
Organised,
