Instant Racking is a Western Australian owned and operated company, which specialises in the provision of storage and shelving solutions in Western Australia with branches located in Albany, Bunbury, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie and Welshpool.

You will play a key role in supporting our daily operations, handling both accounting and administration tasks.

What you'll be doing:
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
Assist with preparing monthly payment runs and monthly supplier reconciliations
Support month end reporting when required and bank reconciliations
Assist with monitoring and collecting accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email
Handle email and phone inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
Perform essential administrative tasks like filing, copying, scanning, and document creation when required




Processing of stock journals and movements between branches
Maintenance of stock registers using excel
Compiling of scanned documents to support built stock
Preparation and completion of inspection reports and drawings
Perform out of office duties such as banking

What we're looking for:
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A strong willingness to learn, showing initiative and independence
Have experience within basic accounts and administration
Confident with Microsoft products (In particular MS Excel and MS Word )
Experienced with MYOB software (Not essential as training will be provided)
Completed Certificate IV in Account & Bookkeeping (Not essential but preferred)
