What will you be doing?

You’ll provide clinical and operational leadership across multiple communities,



supporting care teams, managing complex resident needs, and overseeing recruitment, rostering, governance and compliance. This is a hands-on role offering genuine autonomy and strong leadership support.

We're looking for:
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse
5+ years' post-graduate nursing experience preferred
Essential Support at Home / Home Care experience
Previous leadership, coordination or team management experience

We're looking for someone who is clinically robust, personable, confident working across teams and ready to take on broader responsibility across multiple communities.
