Noverity is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses for permanent opportunities with an established residential aged-care provider in Toowoomba, QLD.

We’re particularly interested in speaking with RNs who have progressed beyond graduate level and have developed solid experience within residential aged care.

This is an prospect to join an established team where strong clinical skills, sound decision-making and excellent communication are highly valued. The provider is looking for nurses who want to become genuine, long-term members of the team rather than simply picking up additional shifts alongside other employment.

About You Ideally, you will bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Strong residential aged-care experience
Experience within a larger residential aged-care environment highly regarded
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Confidence working autonomously when required
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
The ability to develop positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues




Confidence providing clinical direction, delegation and support to care teams
A reliable and team-focused approach
A genuine interest in securing a long-term permanent position

Remuneration $46.41–$53.06 per hour + superannuation + applicable penalty rates, depending on experience.
Both full time and part time permanent opportunities are available.
