Noverity is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for permanent opportunities with an established residential aged-care provider located 15 Mins from Bundaberg, QLD.

We’re looking for RNs who have progressed beyond graduate level and have developed strong experience within residential aged care.
This is an excellent chance for nurses looking for a genuine, long-term position and the chance to become a valued member of an established care team.
About You Ideally, you will bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Robust residential aged-care experience
Experience working within a larger residential aged-care setting highly regarded
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Confidence working autonomously and providing clear clinical direction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
Confidence supporting, delegating and providing guidance to care teams
A reliable, team-focused approach




A genuine interest in securing a substantive, long-term position

Remuneration Hourly rates are based on experience:

$46.41–$53.06 per hour + superannuation + applicable penalty rates, depending on experience.
Both full time and part-time permanent opportunities are available.
