About the role

This is a permanent, full time graduate position for someone with 0 to 2 years of experience. You'll be supported as you build your technical knowledge and confidence, and your responsibilities will grow over time. They may include:
Preparing individual tax returns
Preparing BAS and other compliance work
Assisting with general taxation and accounting matters
Communicating with clients and responding to their queries
Working with our accounting and practice management systems
Supporting senior accountants and managers with client work
Developing your skills through ongoing training and hands-on experience

You'll work alongside an experienced team and be exposed to a broad range of clients, with genuine opportunities for growth for the right person.

About you

We're looking for someone with:
A completed or nearly completed accounting degree
A genuine interest in building a career in public practice
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work




Good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with learning current technology and systems
A team-oriented approach and a willingness to learn

Previous accounting experience is welcome but not essential. We care most about attitude, communication and a willingness to learn.
