About the Role:
Talent Web has partnered with a large Commercial landlord, who are looking for Facilities Coordinator to join their highly technical Facilities team, in the management of a premium grade Commercial tower, based in the heart of the CBD.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planned and preventative maintenance scheduling.
Manage the ticketing and work order system.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and service contractors across all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, lifts).
Assist in managing tenant relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Monitor financial reporting and maintenance reports.
Support with budgeting, reporting, and procurement processes.

Requirements:
Must have experience within Commercial office as a Facilities Coordinator.




Must have solid communication, written and verbal.
Must be highly competent with IT systems and Yardi experience would be a plus.
