We’re opening a new drive-through bakehouse and looking for an experienced Baker and Chef to join our opening team.

Available roles and annual salary packages
Baker: $80,000–$85,000, depending on experience.
Chef: $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience.

Baker responsibilities
Prepare and bake breads, pastries and other bakery products.
Plan daily production and maintain consistent quality and freshness.
Manage ingredients, stock rotation and waste.

Chef responsibilities
Prepare and cook fresh menu items to a consistent standard.
Organise daily preparation and manage busy service periods.
Contribute to menu development and specials.
Manage portion control, stock rotation and food waste.

About you
Relevant experience in a bakery,



café or commercial kitchen.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
Solid organisation, time management and attention to detail.
A reliable, positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
Availability for early starts and rostered weekend shifts.
