Our Part Time Customer Service Support role is a dynamic position that rotates across the Cafe, Bars, Kitchen and Bistro as waitstaff, providing hands-on experience in all areas of service. You will receive training in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and skilled setting for all patrons. This includes serving food and beverages responsibly, processing customer transactions accurately, maintaning service areas to a high standard and ensuring compliance with all club policies and procedures, and relevant legislation. Employees are expected to present professionally, work collaboratively with team members, and contribute to the smooth day- to- day operation of the venue.

Support the efficient operation of the Club's hospitality, gaming and bar areas by maintaining cleanliness, replenishing stock, operating gaming and TAB facilities where required, and completing basic administrative tasks. Team members are responsible for promoting a protected and compliant workplace , assisting with training and development and undertaking additional duties as directed by management to ensure excellent service delivery and operational excellence.
