A Resident Resort in Main Beach is seeking an experienced resident management couple to oversee the resort's day-to-day operations. The role includes accommodation in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1-car ground-floor apartment with a large private north-facing courtyard overlooking the resort pool and tennis court. Utilities are included.

Reception and administration
Owner, resident and guest relations
Body Corporate and committee liaison
Contractor and maintenance coordination
Resort inspections and general presentation
Day-to-day operational matters
Appropriate after-hours and emergency response
About you
Qualified, reliable and personable
Previous resort or management-rights experience
Experience with Resly or similar software a must
Experience with MYBOS building management software
