An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well-established WA business on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension based on business requirements.
Working as part of a supportive finance team, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end accounts receivable function and maintaining solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your new role
End-to-end accounts receivable processing
Raising invoices and progress claims
Debt collection and account follow-up
Allocating payments and receipting
Bank reconciliations
Resolving account queries
Maintaining customer relationships
Supporting month-end processes and reporting

What you'll need to succeed
Previous Accounts Receivable experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills




Intermediate Excel skills
Ability to manage a high-volume workload
Experience working within a collaborative finance team
