Position: Sushi & Sashimi Chef

Sushi Brazilia is looking for an experienced and passionate Sushi & Sashimi Chef to join our food truck in Chelsea.

About the role
Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, nigiri and rolls
Fish preparation, cutting and portioning
Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Help with daily preparation and kitchen organisation
Work as part of a small, friendly team

About you
Previous experience as a sushi chef is preferred
Robust sashimi and knife skills
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
Able to work independently
Reliable, punctual and well organised




Passionate about Japanese food and quality
Experience in a food truck or fast-paced kitchen is an advantage
