Maintain exceptional service standards, brand compliance, HACCP, safety and a pristine work setting.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead communication, and represent F&B; at key hotel committees.
Oversee menu and pricing approvals, supplier relationships, and ensure daily revenue accuracy.
