Support Worker – Community & Domestic Assistance

We are seeking a reliable, caring and qualified Support Worker to provide support to a male client in their home and community.

Key Responsibilities
Provide domestic assistance, including light household tasks
Assist with meal preparation and cooking
Provide social and community support
Provide travel assistance and transportation
Accompany the client to appointments and activities
Support the client to maintain independence and participate in the community
Build a respectful and positive working relationship with the client

About You
Reliable, punctual and skilled
Caring, patient and respectful
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently
Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle




Previous experience in disability, aged care, community support or a similar role is preferred
Relevant qualifications and checks, such as NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid/CPR, are desirable or may be required
