We're looking for a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team at Kaha Kids Occupational Therapy in Bundaberg.

Kaha Kids is a paediatric OT service built around connection, belonging and helping children and families recognise their strengths and build skills for everyday life. We've worked hard to create a warm, welcoming space where children can feel comfortable being themselves and where families feel heard, supported and included.

This role involves supporting children, young people and their families through individual therapy, group programs and team-oriented, family-centered care. You'll work across a range of areas including sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, motor skills, independence and participation in everyday activities.

Our approach is strengths-based, practical and individualised. We believe therapy should be meaningful to the child,



connected to real life and imporatantly, engaging and fun.

You'll be joining a small, supportive OT team where ideas are welcomed and there is room to be creative. Alongside your individual caseload, there are opportunities to be involved in group programs, resource development and new ideas as Kaha Kids continues to grow.

We're looking for someone who is warm, curious and genuinely enjoys working alongside children and families. Someone who values relationships, brings their own strengths to the team and wants to continue learning and growing as an OT.

Pay: $66,825.53 – $100,000.00 per year
